Question: Can I install Magic Members plugin by myself?

Answer:

Absolutely! Magic Members\’ installation is just like any other Wordpress plugin. Just upload it and activate it.

Question: I purchased the Single License. Can I upgrade it to 3 Users License or Unlimited License?

Answer:

Yes, you can upgrade your license in 30 days without paying anything extra. Let\’s say you bought Single License for $97 and you want to upgrade it to Unlimited License which is $297. You pay only $200 to upgrade your license to Unlimited License. If you would like to upgrade your license after 30 days it will cost you an extra $47, so will need to pay $247.

Question: Will Magic Members work with my Shopping Cart?

Answer:

Magic Members is fully integrated with PayPal Website Payment Standard, PayPal Website Payment Pro, 2Checkout, CCBill, ClickBank, Authorize.net, WorldPay, MoneyBookers, iDeal, Epoch, AlertPay, Ogone, SagePay, Eway, PagSeguro and Manual Pay. We are in the process of integrating more shopping carts and gateways.

Question: Can I use my autoresponder with Magic Members?

Answer:

Magic Members is fully integrated with AWeber, GetResponse, MailChimp, Constant Contact and iContact. We are currently working on several different autoresponders to be integrated which will be available soon.

Question: I upgraded my Wordpress, will I have problem running Magic Members?

Answer:

No. We make sure that Magic Members performs perfectly with all the new Wordpress versions.

Question: How do I get the updates and is it hard to update?

Answer:

Updates will be shown on your Magic Members Dashboard. You can easily click the update button to get the new version of Magic Members. After you download the new files, just upload them to your existing Magic Members folder.

Question: Do you have an affiliate program for Magic Members?

Answer:

Yes, we have an affiliate program for Magic Members. We provide text and image banners for our affiliates\’ promotions. You can reach our affiliate program at http://www.magicmembers.com/affiliates/

Question: Does Magic Members work with WPMU?

Answer:

Magic Members is not compatible with WPMU at the moment.
